This check box allows you to have additional control over when Sloop switches between windows and applications.
If the box is checked, then whenever you hold down the command key (‚åò), Sloop will be temporarily disabled. When you release the command key, Sloop will go back to its previous behavior.
If the box is not checked, holding down the command key will have no effect on Sloop.
This option helps to prevent unintentional switching. For instance, if there is another window between the frontmost window and the menu bar, and you want to move the cursor to the menu bar without the possibility of selecting that other window, you can just hold down the command key while you move the cursor.
